BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 6045 Century Oaks Drive, being on the southeast line of Century Oaks Drive northeast of Preservation Drive. Part of lot 54, Bonny Oaks Industrial and Office Park, Phase Two, as shown by plat of record in plat book 46, page 51, R.O.H.C., being part of the property described in deed book 3161, page 426, R.O.H.C. Said part of lot begins on the southeast line of Century Oaks Drive 332.32 feet northeast of the intersection of the southeast line of Century Oaks Drive with the northeast line of Preservation Drive, thence northeast 173.25 feet with Century Oaks Drive to the northwest corner of said lot 54, thence southeast 399.94 feet with the northeast line of lot 54 to the northeast corner thereof, thence southwest 119.79 feet with the southeast line of lot 54, thence northwest some 379.5 feet to the southeast line of Century Oaks Drive, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 129K-B-27.18 (part). from M-2 Light Industrial Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
